Police are searching for the driver and said the victim was a 62-year-old male from Allentown.

A truck driver brandished a handgun while stopped in traffic along Route 100 and Interstate 78.

A 62-year-old Allentown man reported the incident to Upper Macungie Township police at 11:49 a.m. Saturday. The victim said the trucker was stopped at a red traffic signal when he pulled out the gun.

The driver was described as black, in his 40s, and operating a blue Freightliner truck hauling a white trailer.
